Category Details

A selection of Ball Bearing Type Disc Spring Washers. Specially designed for preloading the outer ring of ball bearings. C1075 steel. Includes disc springs to DIN 2093.

  • Disc spring washer, also known as a Belleville washer, is a conical-shaped washer designed to act as a spring.
  • Provides a high spring force within a small space and can be stacked in various configurations to adjust load and deflection characteristics.
  • Washers are used to add vibration resistance, preload to bolted assemblies, and to compensate for material expansion or contraction.
  • Ensures perfect bearing positioning with no sideways play. May be used to provide bearing preload.
  • Load tolerance +/- 20% of load shown.
