  • Disc spring washer, also known as a Belleville washer, is a conical-shaped washer designed to act as a spring.
  • Provides a high spring force within a small space and can be stacked in various configurations to adjust load and deflection characteristics.
  • Washers are used to add vibration resistance, preload to bolted assemblies, and to compensate for material expansion or contraction.
  • The discs deflect and move with the bolted joint. Helps to compensate for loosening that may develop preventing damage and leaks caused by thermal expansion, contraction and shock.
  • Made from 17.7 PH Stainless Steel.
  • Temperature range minus 220 to +300 deg Celsius
