• Unlike standard compression springs, die springs are typically made from rectangular or square wire, offering greater strength and deflection capabilities.
• Many die springs are colour-coded to indicate their load capacity, allowing for easy identification and selection. An expanded range may be available on special order. Please enquire.
• Designed for long life cycle with constant high end deflections and shot peened to increase fatigue life.
• Maximum deflection is 50 percent of the length
• Efficient operating range is 25 to 40 percent of the length
