A selection of Low Profile High Load Slide Assemblies Linear. High capacity, square gib slides are ideal for precision machine tool applications.

  • The square gib design offers high load capacity and accuracy and withstands force in any direction.
  • Gib is adjustable. Straight line accuracy 0.00254mm. Base is fabricated from A2 tool steel and hardened to Rc58-62.
  • Saddle or riding portion of the slide is fabricated from low carbon steel and can be drilled, tapped and milled for mounting purposes.
  • All slides feature Rulon bearing material for low friction. Stick-slip is virtually non existent as friction at startup and low speeds is virtually eliminated.
  • No lubrication required. Rulon is practically inert to acids, bases and solvents making these slides a good choice for contaminated environments. Temp range minus 240 oC to +300 Deg C.
