The NASA mission "Mars Rover" embarked on its journey from Cape Canaveral on
November 26, 2011, with the purpose of deploying the remote-controlled robot vehicle
called "Curiosity" equipped with a variety of measuring devices and tools to explore Mars.
The successful landing of Curiosity on Mars was confirmed on August 6, 2012.
Following its landing, Curiosity began transmitting images back to Earth, providing invaluable insights into the Martian terrain.
