- Disc spring washer, also known as a Belleville washer, is a conical-shaped washer designed to act as a spring.
- Provides a high spring force within a small space and can be stacked in various configurations to adjust load and deflection characteristics.
- Washers are used to add vibration resistance, preload to bolted assemblies, and to compensate for material expansion or contraction.
- Ensures perfect bearing positioning with no sideways play. May be used to provide bearing preload.
- Load tolerance +/- 20% of load shown.
